Consultants
Mark Tonner-Joyce - Lead Consultant, Managing Director
Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Member Australian Institute of Company Directors, State Sailing Coach (NCAS Level 3).
Mark is a Management Consultant. He guides collaborative processes helping executive teams to define and implement strategies for growth. He founded Marketworthy in 2001.
Mark has worked with strategy and marketing teams in more than 50 organisations including clients in the sport sector (Bowls Australia, Cycling Australia, Softball Australia, Rowing Australia), education & training (SAI Global Asia Pacific), professional associations (CPA Australia), policy (Accounting Professional Ethics and Standards Board), financial services (Norwich Union / Aviva), Government - Defence (Corporate Services & Infrastructure Group, Defence Material Organisation) and many more.
Prior to founding Marketworthy, Mark worked with a number of Marketing and Advertising consultancies where he was involved in the development of leading Marketing & Communications campaigns (Television, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Catalogue, Direct Mail, Interactive).
Mark completed his Master of Entrepreneurship & Innovation in 2004, winning awards for his work in the fields of New Venture Marketing and Corporate Entrepreneurship & Innovation. In addition to his work at Marketworthy, Mark is the founder and director of several young businesses.
Mark is formerly an elite athlete in the sport of sailing, representing Australia in the Olympic Laser Class in four world championships. He continues to develop his skills in the sport to support his coaching and competition interests.
Michael Kratofil - Design Technology & Web Services
Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in Graphic Design
Michael is a Design and Technology Consultant. He is at the forefront of internet technology and innovation and has delivered outstanding digital strategies, interface design and web and media solutions on behalf of clients for more than 18 years.
Michael has been involved in nearly 1000 web and interactive projects for clients including Laminex, Country Road, Thomson Learning, AFL Players Association, Coles/Bill Express, HBA, ComputerShare, Melbourne University, Softball Australia, JobsJobsJobs, Melbourne Olympic Park, Federation Square, National Australia Bank and many more.
Possessing a strong background in brand development as well as information technology, Michael is able to guide clients through the process of creating technical solutions to meet the requirements of stakeholders and end users.
Michael has been a keen cricketer for many years and continues to pursue numerous outdoor activities with his wife and two young sons.
Colin Johnson - Project Management & Business Analysis
Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Studies, PRINCE2 Certified Project Manager.
Colin is a Business Analyst and Project Manager. His core strengths include understanding how operational systems can best be leveraged to support the realisation of business objectives.
Colin provides exceptional business analysis, strategy development and project management skills and has been involved in the successful delivery of ICT projects including CRM systems, Marketing Planning, Project Management, Websites, Inventory Management Systems and Business Intelligence Solutions.
Colin’s experience spans industries such as Automotive, Sports, Public Sector, Manufacturing and Software. He has held the lead project role for organisations such as Audi UK, Alfa Romeo GB, Radix Micro Devices, Skills for Logistics and Softball Australia.
Colin has competed at National competitions with his dogs in Agility, winning numerous titles. More recently, since his move from the United Kingdom in 2009, he now enjoys competing in Super Rules “Aussie Rules” Football and Basketball as well as holding the position of President for Laurimar Football Club.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Marketworthy invests in programs for disadvantaged communities and provides professional services and funding for a range of local and international projects and initiatives.

Professional Fees
Marketworthy fees include licence fees, hourly rates, day rates, production charges or a combination. In addition to project fees, Marketworthy offers clients the option of fixed term retainer based contracts.
Marketworthy’s projects commence with an establishment stage. Marketworthy will work with you to review the project parameters and develop the project plan with supporting estimate.
